1. How do I find a specific item?

The quickest way to find certain items is to use the menu, which you can find in the middle of the top area of the website.

Here you can filter by product category.

If the item is sold out or not in stock, it cannot be selected.

2. I placed an order but did not receive an order confirmation email, what should I do?

Please check first if you have entered your correct e-mail address have indicated.

The order confirmation is always sent to the e-mail address that you specified when placing your order.

If the e-mail address is correct, please check whether the order confirmation may have ended up in your spam folder.

If you cannot find your order confirmation there either, please contact our support at the following email address: service@mide-design.de.

3. How long do I have to wait for my order?

Due to the high volume of orders, shipping can take up to 10 working days. But don't worry: we assure you that your package will be delivered as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding. Exceptional cases such as delivery abroad deviate from this. 

 

4. How does package tracking work?

You can track your package at any time with package tracking. You will receive the tracking number created for your order and the corresponding link by e-mail on the day of dispatch.

Here you can track the delivery status of your order at any time.

The tracking number only becomes active when the parcel has been scanned by the parcel service.


5. What should I pay attention to to ensure that the delivery runs smoothly?

In order to be able to guarantee smooth and fast delivery, we ask you to observe the following points:

  • Be sure to state your delivery address in full.

The following applies: name, street, house number, postal code, city, country.

  • Provide a delivery address where someone will be present to receive the package immediately. You can, for example, also enter the address of your workplace or a neighbor or acquaintance if you are not at home by the expected delivery date.
  • Track your package tracking. This way you can see when your package will be delivered and you will be informed if there are delivery problems.

6. The delivered product is damaged or not the right item, what now?

If you find products within your order that are damaged, do not work as intended, or do not match the products you ordered, we ask that you notify us by email.

In the case of a damaged or wrong product, we ask you to take pictures of the damaged/wrong product and send them to service@mide-design.de together with a description of the damage. 
We will take care of the problem immediately and try to find a solution.
